At Banana we have one vision: To fight food waste

Day in and day out, we collect and up-cycle bananas and use them to produce delicious, dairy-free sweet treats like banana cake, carrot cake, choco truffles and ice-cream.

Actually, bananas are one of the most refused fruits of all. And yet, there is nothing sweeter than a ripe banana. Delicious and nutritious. Good for you, and great for the planet. Simple as that.

Banana trivia: Did you know that a staggering 15 million bananas are refused yearly - in a small country like Denmark. In the UK, the number is 500 million. Globally... ouuchh! Let's fight back, one banana at a time.
